Jonathan’s second attempt, Bar Stool Notions of Poetry was published in 2023. It has been translated from Guinness into the English language and translations are pending for Arabic,  Welsh and Spiddal Gaeilge. 

It was not shortlisted for Booker Prize Short List. It was launched in the men’s cubicle in Matt Molloy’s.

Jonathan’s third effort ’More Bar Stool Notions of Poetry  from Himself” was published in 2024 in the Elysee Palace, Paris  due to low mart sheep prices in Mayo. Emanuel Macron made no comment at the event  but was clearly impressed. Kamala Harris was a no show, again. There is a discount on this publication of 3.8%
